L.A.R.S

-
This is called a ligated anterior repositioning splint. (L.A.R.S.)
-
It requires the patient to pull his/her jaw forward and to eat this way as well, taking the pressure off of the growth site

- Patients adjust to the appliance amazingly well! They can talk and eat normally in a very short period of time.
- Growth usually occurs within four to six months of wear.
